You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to take part in real-money games of chance where you live. You are responsible for ensuring that using Seeker Mines is lawful in your location. The app is not offered to, and may not be used by, anyone in a jurisdiction where online gaming or crypto wagering is prohibited or restricted.
Seeker Mines is a provably-fair "Mines" game. You place a wager in SKR, reveal tiles to grow a potential reward, and choose when to cash out. If you reveal a mine, or leave a round before cashing out, you forfeit your stake for that round. Outcomes are determined by a cryptographic commit-reveal scheme that you can independently verify. There is a built-in house edge, so over time the operator is expected to profit and players are expected to lose on average. No winnings are guaranteed.
SKR is an existing token that we do not issue, control, or endorse. It is used here only as the in-game currency. Playing Seeker Mines is wagering and entertainment, not an investment, deposit, security, or yield product, and confers no financial right or expectation of profit. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
You connect your own Solana wallet. Deposits you send are credited to your in-game balance and held by the operator to settle play. You may withdraw your available balance back to your connected wallet, subject to minimum/maximum amounts, rate limits, and on-chain availability. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrase; we can never recover them and will never ask for them. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.
Before each round we publish a commitment (a hash of a secret server seed). After the round we reveal the seed so you can recompute the layout and confirm it was fixed in advance and not altered. The in-app "Provably Fair" panel lets you verify any round.
A house fee (the "edge") is taken from each wager; the current rate is shown in the app before you play. Blockchain network fees and token-account rent may also apply. Rates and limits may change at any time.
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits; attempt to manipulate outcomes, balances, or the provably-fair system; use the service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose; use a VPN or other means to evade geographic restrictions; or use the service if you are below the minimum age. We may suspend or close access, and withhold or reverse balances obtained through prohibited activity.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including limits, fees, and supported regions, at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your wagering, wallet errors, network or blockchain failures, or unavailability of the service. Your wagers are at your own risk.
Play for entertainment, set your own limits, and stop if it stops being fun. If gambling is causing you harm, seek help from a local support service. Do not chase losses or wager money you cannot afford to lose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [operator's jurisdiction — to be completed], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Operator entity and jurisdiction to be finalized with legal counsel.)
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
