Seeker Mines — Privacy Policy

Seeker Mines is a custodial, wallet-based game. We collect the minimum needed to run the game, settle wagers, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data. The app is for adults (18+) only.

1. Who we are

This policy describes how the Seeker Mines operator ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Seeker Mines app and website. Contact: ehu.sxtic@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Wallet public address — when you connect a wallet and sign in. We use it as your account identifier and as the only address we pay withdrawals to.
On-chain transaction signatures — for deposits and withdrawals, to credit and settle your balance.
Gameplay and balance data — your bets, reveals, results, balance, and round history, so the game works and can be audited.
A session token — stored in your browser/app local storage to keep you signed in.
Basic technical data — such as IP address and device/user-agent, used for security, fraud prevention, and rate-limiting.

We do not ask for your name, email, or identity to play. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send.

3. Blockchain data is public

Your wallet address and your deposit/withdrawal transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain data is public, permanent, and outside our control. Anyone can view it. Do not use a wallet whose public history you wish to keep private.

4. How we use information

To operate the game, credit deposits, settle rounds, and process withdrawals.
To verify the provably-fair outcomes and resolve disputes.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, multi-account/bot activity, and to enforce limits and our Terms.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Storage and local data

Game balances, deposit/withdrawal records, and round history are stored on our servers. Your wallet session and login token are stored in your device's local storage so you stay connected; you can clear them at any time by clearing site data or signing out.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run the service (e.g. hosting and blockchain RPC), and with authorities where required by law or to protect against fraud or harm.

7. Retention

We keep gameplay and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

8. Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet and stop using the service at any time. To request access to or deletion of data we hold about you, contact us at the email above. Note that on-chain records cannot be deleted.

9. Children

Seeker Mines is strictly for adults (18+ or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
